Frequently Asked Querstions

  • Yes. We can usually give an idea of cost for most repairs over the phone. Detailed estimates are given and approved by customers once your device is received before we begin any repair work.

  • Only send in your console, no cords or controllers unless we specifically instruct otherwise. 

  • We do our best to repair quickly. Most repairs are performed within 5 business days.

  • If your device malfunctions or fails within 90 days from the time that you received the device, we will
    perform the repair again at no extra cost to you. The issue must be related to the original work order. If
    the issue is unrelated, you will be notified about repair cost before we move forward with the repair. No

    refunds are issued before we attempt the repair again so we can verify the validity of the claim. Refunds
    are only issued if we are not able to fix your device minus the repair attempt fee and return shipping. See
    repair attempt fee section of our terms for more details.. If your device qualifies for the warranty repair,
    you are responsible for shipping the device back to us and we will cover return shipping.

  • Yes. We replace batteries and do trace repair.

  • Sorry, we do not repair upright or commercial arcade games or cabinets games of any kind.

  • Payment is made upon completion of the repair and your device will be shipped back to you once payment is received.

  • 60 days upon notification of completed repair. 

  • No, sorry, we do not attempt repair on modded consoles.

  • Sorry, but we do not offer any console modding services.
